Rates & Packages
We offer a range of packages that benefit our clients, and below are our most effective options. We are flexible with our packages to meet the ongoing needs of our clients where they have specific requirements. For example, some of our clients use a combination of the retainer (for regular ongoing tasks) and the project option (when they require specific support with a client project).
Hourly
Prices start at £34 per hour. Work is charged on an hourly basis, with a minimum one hour charge. After the initial hour, charges are made in 15 minute blocks. This is a Pay as You Go option, with no ongoing commitments.
Project
For those who would like assistance with a specific project. Following a discussion of the requirements, the timescales and deliverables, we will provide a quote for the project. The price depends on the scope of the project.
For very large scale projects, a deposit for half of the project fee will be requested upon acceptance of the terms, with the remaining balance billed for upon completion.
Retainer
The retainer package involves a fee for a pre-determined number of hours
per month and we would agree on the tasks and deliverables required. There is a minimum booking of 8 hours a month for the retainer package.
The hours are valid for 1 month from the date of order and do not carry over. A retainer ensures you get the time you require, allowing you to budget and manage the hours of support required.
Additional Expenses
Depending on the work, these may include non-standard telephone charges (e.g. premium or international), postage, major printing costs and travel expenses. They will be charged at cost and shown separately on your invoice.
Time Tracker
We use software that supports the tracking of time per project and this analysis can be provided with your invoice. This must be requested before the work commences.
