Leyla has worked for over 16 years in the occupational and business psychology consultancy sector and has always been in roles where she has “worn a lot of hats”. Regularly described as positive, warm, down to earth and with a "can-do" attitude, she loves working collaboratively with clients and helping them to achieve their business goals.

For over 13 years, Leyla worked as a Director level Executive Assistant, and managed an occupational psychology consultancy. In addition to providing Executive Assistant support to the Director, she acted as a first point of contact for clients and employees and provided project management and coordination to businesses to achieve company objectives. She liaised with industry specialists to fulfil business and client need. 

Leyla’s career path has resulted in a skillset broad in scope, including business development, marketing, training, recruitment and overseeing day-to-day general office management and facilities. She works with a wide spectrum of individuals within the workplace, always adapting to the changing and varied work requirements within a consultancy environment. 

Leyla is a Chartered Psychologist in the Occupational Psychology industry, and member of The British Psychological Society. She is a Certified Business Psychologist with the Association for Business Psychology. Leyla is also a Registered Test User in Occupational Testing and has specialised in project and client management and coordination within the Psychology and Coaching fields. 

Her skills have involved working closely with clients and teams of psychologists and coaching on ongoing projects, coordinating and managing assessment and development projects, arranging psychometric test training and supporting training course delegates. 

Leyla’s unique combination of qualifications and experience has given her the insight to deliver a wide range of support services across the psychology sector, and her background in the business psychology sector, combined with her varied Virtual Psychology and Coaching Support experience, means she can support any business with an empathetic understanding and singular perspective on your business needs.   

Leyla has the highest level of integrity, working confidentially and with discretion with security-sensitive clients and senior leaders. As a Chartered member of the BPS, Leyla is guided by the BPS Code of Ethics and Conduct and the four principles of respect, competence, responsibility and integrity.
